Okay, so my "latte factor" was what I was spending on my nails....over $50 every 2 weeks! There's no reason I can't take the buffer to my nails, smooth them and then do a coat of natural polish on them...and I am totally capable of doing my own toes! Also, I fired the lawn people and have the boy down the street doing the lawn for $15 per mow...and I call him when I want him to do it...saving at least $50 per month that way....And I rarely get a latte at the store...and by not eating out so much, I have lost 10 lbs so far this year...
What's your latte factor? Please post back so we can be interactive!

Let's Finish Rich
By now you have all gotten your copy of Smart Women Finish Rich. I know that being at different stages of life and having different sets of circumstances, this book will all have different hot buttons for each of you. I would like all of you to go to page 93 and read the "Latte Factor" segment, then read the introductions and post your responses to what you thought.....Now so you know who's in our group...Angela, my niece, is an accountant in Maine, with her almost 4 year old son, Cody. She's a single mom and she's saving to hopefully build a house next year. Audrey, who is just like me when I was her age, works in advertising sales and already owns 2 condos. Heather, is a junior at Cooper Union in NYC and getting ready to spend the summer in Spain. Amy, is a sophomore at Auburn and going to spend the summer in Gainesville. Carly, my niece, is the youngest and has just turned 15. Her big summer plans include me teaching her to drive...we won't talk about how she almost landed us in a big retention pond on her first venture behind the wheel.
So please get started and let the others know more about you...not my place to tell all.
